Mooakite is a Jasper from Australia and named for the area it is from; Mooka Creek on Mooka Station in the Kennedy Ranges near Gascoyne Junction. The Aboriginal word "mooka" means running waters.  The stone typically ranges in color from white, cream, golden, brown and burgundy. These  Mooakite stones are bezel set in a simple Sterling Silver and accented by faceted Garnet Stone a perfect compliment.  They are light weight and perfect for many occasions!
