However, if for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied you may return or exchange your item. Unlike other companies we guarantee a full refund or exchange and do not collect a restocking fee.
Please be assured that we will always honor our guarantee of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. We will promptly process your exchange or refund and credit your card for the purchase amount, no questions asked.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and then return the jewelry within 5 business days and we will exchange or refund your money for the purchase price. A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to Keja's negligence. Online payments are securely facilitated by Pay Pal or Stripe. Please make sure you use the correct address associated with your credit card or we will have to cancel the transaction as a cautionary action to protect you and your credit card usage. We will make every attempt to contact your prior to canceling the order should this occur.

Sales Taxes
Sales tax will be added automatically if the products are shipped to an address within the State of Colorado. Please note you are responsible for reporting your purchases and paying the appropriate taxes in all locations.
Shipping
Your order is guaranteed to ship out within 3-5 business days or be contacted if there is a problem shipping the order within this time frame. We will ship your order via USPS mail with a delivery confirmation number unless otherwise instructed. Please make sure to complete your correct Ship to address to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for orders delivered to wrong address should you list your address incorrectly.
Estimated Delivery Time
We ship all orders from Monday through Friday 8-5 Mountain Time. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. If Monday is a Holiday the order will be shipped within the next 72 hours of normal business hours. You will be notified via email of other extenuating circumstances that may delay your shipment leaving our office. Approximate delivery time for all domestic orders is about 3 to 5 business days.
International buyers please contact us for delivery charges. Approximate delivery time for international orders is about 5 to 30 business days depending upon location and customs. International buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs including any tariffs and duties.We will ship your order via USPS mail with a delivery confirmation number unless otherwise instructed. We strongly recommend you insure your order. We are not responsible for uninsured orders that may be lost, damaged or undelivered. Please make sure to complete your correct address to ensure delivery. Should you choose to expedite your order, your account will be charged the appropriate amount, approximately $85 or greater.
