Satisfaction is our greatest priority and we are convinced that our exquisite jewelry will meet or surpass your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied you may return or exchange your item. Unlike other companies we guarantee a full refund or exchange and do not collect a restocking fee.
Please be assured that we will always honor our guarantee of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. We will promptly process your exchange or refund and credit your card for the purchase amount, no questions asked.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and then return the jewelry within 7 business days and we will exchange or refund your money for the purchase price. A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. We do not cover the return shipping cost and will not process a return if it is lost or stolen in the return shipping process. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Unless the item is damaged or broken due to Keja's negligence, we then will pay for return shipping. If you have any question please contact us by email or by phone.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kejajewelry@gmail.com or call us at 720-219-0937
Shipping A shipping address will be provided after a return or exchange is initiated.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
