Tiffany Stone is a wonderful combination of purples and whites, usually divided up in dramatic patterns. It is bezel set in simple sterling silver allowing the stone to be the focal. It is remarkable to think that these colors come from nature. The unassuming shape is very complimentary to the hand. Thin and comfortable. 

Tiffany stone is a rare material. It is mined at one location worldwide - the Brush Wellman beryllium mine, at Spor Mountain, western Utah. It occurs there as nodules that are part of the ore produced at the mine. The nodules typically contain between one and two percent beryllium by weight which is what the miners were originally looking for when Tiffany Stone was discovered in the late 1970s.
